Here we’re looking at how to add a new vacancy in TalentV.
You add the name of the role, the description, the responsibilities and requirements.
You add the location, the main location where this role will be based.
You can add the package details and any expected languages for the role.
You assign a hiring manager to the role, and you choose a question set.
These are the questions that will be asked in any one-way video interview that you schedule.
When you add a one way interview, you can decide whether you show a preview of the questions to candidates.
You can also decide the number of times a candidate can rerecord their interview.
You need to tick the box to enable video interview, so that the camera will record and decide whether you want to use the front or rear camera on a mobile.
You can add a video introduction that candidates would see on the landing page when they come to do their interview.
You can hide the practice option. This means that candidates don’t get an opportunity to practice their questions before recording their final version.
You can also decide to enable audio interviews.
This means that a candidate can record audio only and does not need to use the camera.
