Nativevideo proudly supported and presented at the Supermums’ Sales Cloud Certification Peer Support Group Events. These events are to support trainee Salesforce Consultants and Admins on their journey to achieving their Salesforce Certifications. The Peer Groups happened every Tuesday throughout March from the 14th to the 28th in the evenings at 8-9:30PM (GMT). The purpose of the sessions we attended was to provide motivation, accountability and peer support for those on the path to unlocking the highly coveted Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.

The Sales Cloud Certification Peer Support Group Events are another great initiative by Heather Black, CEO of Supermums, and her brilliant team. It is no wonder we were excited to be part of it!

Why was this significant to Nativevideo?

Supermums has been using Nativevideo’s video technology to support its operations during their quick escalation in demand for the last 4+ years. So it is great to be part of this amazing Peer Support Group initiative. Supermums is a Salesforce Training Social Enterprise on a mission to: Empower mums (and others) into well-paid, flexible work with Salesforce through training and recruitment solutions.

What did Nativevideo get up to?

As mentioned at the start, Nativevideo not only supported the Peer Group session, but we also presented and demonstrated our latest innovations to the Group. Since the sessions focused on Sales Cloud and the Consultant Certification, it was a wonderful opportunity for our COO and Co-Founder, Luca Benini, to introduce our latest innovation, Alfred, to the current cohort part of the Supermums programme. Luca did not only show how Nativevideo technology supports Sales Cloud Consultants and Admins by helping their Users work more efficiently and be more productive, but also introduced AI/GPT to them and showed how it can work inside Salesforce.

Nativevideo showed how AI can work effectively and seamlessly within Salesforce Sales processes through our latest innovation, our Salesforce + GPT Personal Assistant, Alfred. It was interesting to see the trainees’ reactions to the power of AI in Salesforce, as well as Alfred’s incredible capabilities to enhance Users’ productivity and Salesforce adoption!

Altogether, it was brilliant to support and participate in the Supermums’ Sales Cloud Certification Peer Support Group sessions every Tuesday from 14th March. As the Group sessions came to an end and we attended the last session part of this amazing initiative, we trust that all aspiring Consultants who took part are now ready to take on the Salesforce space! We wish them all the best with their Salesforce journey.
