During the configuration and setup of Vinton or our other applications, a secure connection is made between your Salesforce Org and our media backend. Audio and video files are stored securely in an AWS S3 bucket, separate for each customer. Video recordings do not affect the storage space used in Salesforce.
Customers also have the option to store media files in their own S3 or Azure storage. Alternatively, customers can choose to back up their files in their own S3 or Azure storage.
