Vinton is natively integrated with Salesforce. Video Calls, Phone Calls, In-Person Meetings, Scribe Meetings and Voice Notes are saved in custom objects as part of the package and provide all the flexibility and customisation of any native object in Salesforce.
Calls and related notes are automatically added to the participants’ records in Salesforce (Internal Users, Contacts, Leads) and to their related records (e.g. Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, any custom object).
Transcripts and generated text can be customised to be added automatically to specific fields (e.g. populating “Next Steps” in an Opportunity), notifications are sent from Salesforce to the users participating after each call (if Admins have set this up), with the summary of the call, the next steps, and a link to the related Salesforce records. Call recordings are also visible in the Salesforce Mobile App.
