How do I invite Vinton to join a meeting?

There are several ways to include Vinton in meetings and it depends on the setup chosen by your Salesforce Admin.

We recommend using the individual notetakers where users can connect their calendar to Vinton and choose when Vinton should join calls.

You can also use our Ad Hoc invitation feature.

Alternatively, your Org could set up an org-wide email address for Vinton and Vinton will attend meetings only when it’s specifically been invited as an attendee.
