email address For Vinton to join a call, Vinton needs to be invited to your meeting so that the meeting appears in Vinton's calendar. Vinton relies on the calendar schedule to participate. If the calendar invite is updated, Vinton will adjust and join at the new scheduled time. If you need to add Vinton during a call, you must edit the calendar invite and add Vinton from there for it to recognize the meeting. Vinton is designed to join two minutes before the scheduled meeting time. If you join earlier than scheduled, Vinton won't be aware and, therefore, won't join until 2 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you have a call scheduled that no one joins until late, Vinton will leave after waiting for 10 minutes (this is variable based on the meeting platform you use) on the call. For example, if you schedule a call for 4 PM and don't let Vinton in by 4:10 PM, it will exit the waiting room, assuming it's not needed on the call. To ensure Vinton can participate, please ensure the meeting invite is properly scheduled on its calendar. If a user joins a call before the start time, and admits the notetaker, then leaves the call, Vinton will also leave and not rejoin.
