When you start an online meeting with Vinton in attendance, Vinton sends an automated welcome message to all attendees via the meeting platform’s chat functionality.
In the Winter ’25 Vinton release, we’ve added functionality to customise this welcome message.
How to customise the welcome message
- Use the App Launched (nine dots) to search for the Nativevideo admin panel and then choose Vinton from the left and Video Calls from the tabs that appear
- Go to Settings. Just over half-way down the page you’ll see Custom Messages; Greeting Message by Vinton. Add the custom message that you’d like to use. Note: this message will be shown on all Vinton calls across your organisation.
- Click Update and that new message will be saved and will show next time you hold a call with Vinton in attendance.
