Adjusting the period of time that in-person meeting recordings are retained

By default, with Vinton in-person meeting recordings are not retained after the transcript has been processed.

However Admins can adjust the retention time if they need to retain in-person meeting recordings for a set number of days for compliance or other reasons.

Setting In Person Expiration Days

• Go to the nine dots to search for Nativevideo Admin.
• From the left choose Vinton, and then from the Video Calls tab, choose Settings.
• You’ll see an option for In Person Expiration Days which will, by default, be set to 0.
• Amend the number of days as required and click Update.
