For Vinton, TalentVinton and Nativevideo applications, native in Salesforce

Nativevideo Limited, trading as Vinton, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and are working towards applying the relevant accessibility standards in our applications.

Our solutions are built natively in Salesforce as an AppExchange application to extend the functionalities of Salesforce towards video and audio management, therefore most of the accessibility and usability is delegated to Salesforce. You can refer to Salesforce’s own Accessibility Statements where Salesforce aims to align to WCAG 2.1 AA.

Nativevideo’s Video and Audio applications in Salesforce are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level A standards including:

  • Closed captioning on recorded video content
  • Support for up to 200% zoom
  • Support for keyboard navigation

We use other technologies to deliver our services. For virtual meetings (Vinton) and interviews (TalentVinton) we use Zoom, Meet and Teams and you should refer to the Accessibility pages for those technologies for more information:

Our website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2. According to Accessibilitychecker.org our website has passed 24 of the audits with some improvements to be made in:

  • ensuring that links have discernible text
  • the contrast between foreground and background colours
  • order of headings being semantically correct
